It has come to our attention that some users of the Gentle Nasal Passage Cleanser are reporting mild to medium burning or irritation during application. Our team has conducted additional product research to find the root cause and a solution. We’ve found that the formula itself can settle when left to sit for a period of time.
To eliminate this issue, please gently shake the bottle each time before applying to the nasal passages.
